Membership Renewal

To renew you membership, please complete the payment process below. This will set up a yearly subscription, which can be cancelled at any time from your PayPal account. Alternatively, if you would like to make a one off payment for your membership, you can do this by sending the appropriate ammount in GBP to paypal@staffordscuba.co.uk.

Membership Categories

Please note, there are the following membership categories:

• Full - £120
• Family - £180 (Full paying adult plus child under 16 or in full time education at 50%)
• Distant or Swimming - £60

Forms

You will also be required to complete the Membership and Self Declaration Medical forms. You can complete these electronically, but you should also print out the completed forms and sign them before returning them to the membership secretary.
